Isabelle Stahrfisher is a senior from Fort Worth, Texas. She is pursuing a degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Creative Writing with a focus on disability studies. Isabelle competes in Persuasive, After Dinner Speaking, Prose Interpretation, Impromptu, IPDA, and Parliamentary debate. After finishing her bachelors, Isabelle hopes to continue her education by completing her Masters in Communication Studies and continuing to receive her Ph.D. and do critical research about disability identity and family communication. Outside of Speech and Debate, Isabelle is an officer in the honors society, Lambda Phi Eta and student organization, Disability Awareness Community. In her free time, she enjoys independently studying Victorian literature through gender and sexuality studies.
