Over the Valentine’s Day weekend, TCU Speech and Debate traveled to Lawton, Oklahoma to compete in the Sweetheart Swing hosted by Cameron University. TCU Forensics competed in both parliamentary debate as well as ten individual speaking events. Overall, TCU took home first overall in debate, second overall in individual speaking, and first in the combined sweepstakes. TCU ended their regular season with the Sweetheart Swing and will enjoy some time off before they fly out to San Diego at the end of March to compete in the Biennial Pi Kappa Delta Comprehensive Tournament hosted by San Diego State University.
